To avoid publishing ethics violation, it is necessary to exclude conflict of interests of all parties participating in the manuscript publishing process. A conflict of interests arises in case of fiscal, scientific or personal relations of the author, reviewer or a member of editorial board, which may affect their actions. The author undertakes to resolve all claims independently and at his own expense. If a situation arises involving a violation of publication ethics by any of the parties involved in the editorial and publishing process, a mandatory investigation and public disclosure of the conflict of interest is required. If material containing significant inaccuracies has been published, it should be corrected in a form that is accessible to readers and indexing systems.
Unpublished data obtained from manuscripts submitted for consideration should not be used for personal purposes or transferred to third parties without the author’s letter of consent. Information or ideas, obtained while editing and associated with possible advantages, should be kept confidential and not employed with a view to gain personal benefit.
Reviewers should not participate in manuscripts reviewing if there are conflicts of interest due to competitive, collaborative or other interactions or relationships with any of the authors, companies or other organizations associated with the submitted work.
