Ethical principles in the activities of the Editorial Board, Editor-in-Chief and Editorial office

The Editorial Board and the Editorial Council of the journal adhere to the principles of publication ethics adopted by the international community, developed based on recommendations of the Committee on Ethics of Scientific Publications (Committee on Publication Ethics)

The Editorial Council, editor-in-chief and editorial office evaluate a manuscript on the assumption of its scientific meaningfulness and validity of the data presented in it irrespective of the authors’ race, sex, religious conviction, nationality, citizenship, and political views, as well as sexual orientation.

Personal information about the authors of the submitted manuscript and unpublished data contained therein remain confidential and cannot be used by participants in the publishing process for personal purposes or transferred to third parties without the written consent of the author.

The Editorial Board, the editor-in-chief and the editorial office of the journal should not ignore claims regarding the reviewed manuscripts or published materials. In case of a conflict situation, the editorial board, the editor-in-chief and the editorial office of the journal should take measures to settle such kind of situation.

The Editorial Board, the editor-in-chief and the editorial board of the journal reserves the right to reject any manuscript submitted for publication that does not comply with the above principles.

Unpublished data obtained from manuscripts submitted for consideration should not be used for personal purposes or transferred to third parties without the author’s letter of consent. Information or ideas, obtained while editing and associated with possible advantages, should be kept confidential and not employed with a view to gain personal benefit.
