Abstract
A mathematical model is suggested to describe collision behavior for two-component plasma and charged particles nearby a flat probe. A technique is presented to solve this problem. The technique is based on composition of the Particle-In-Cell Method and the finite-difference method (the splitting method). Results obtained illustrate some influence of charged particles collision on the plasma characteristics.
