Abstract

Radio industry is an important system-branch of the economy of Russia. Economic reforms are carried out in a crisis situation in the native aviation and space industries in Russia.

Creating the mechanism for the formation of organization development control system enterprise of radio-industrial complex will allow optimizing the controlling system of the enterprise.

As a resulte the optimization of controlling system will be achieved improving the performance of the entire enterprise.
