Abstract

This paper presents the results of numerical simulation of the motion of a single-phase fluid with a change in the flow direction. The development of a technique for numerical modeling of flow in the knee based on the commercial package Ansys Fluent 20.0 with input and output sections allows us to obtain a physical picture of the flow and establish patterns of influence of geometric and regime parameters on hydraulic resistance, as well as to further study heat transfer in such channels.
