Abstract
The article deals with activities that enable both theoretically and practically to improve the qualitative and quantitative
characteristics of axial compressors, power plants, in particular, air-breathing jet engines. Based on the significant progress in the
field of materials science and technology of complex-shaped parts, are invited to apply to the design of axial compressors known
and suggested involving the authors methods of control flow around the blades (OPS). The results of theoretical and experimental
research of the author on this issue received in the MAI.
