Abstract
In this paper 2-d discrete wavelet-transform based method of optimal aircraft raster images retrieval is proposed. The fact the
method provides required image search by wavelet-compressed image. This time costs of the algorithm on average less than 15% of
the time cost of existing algorithms, and accuracy of your searches better at 13.5%. Besides wavelet-based image retrieval is invariant
with the angle of aircraft.
