Abstract

The problem of preservation of a production efficiency of aviation technics in crisis situations due to optimum control of processes of reproduction and perfection of manufacturing techniques of production Is formulated. The expediency of initial expansion of manufacture and fast perfection of technology during the favorable period is shown to keep a demanded level of development of the enterprise during recession.
